At Ethanth, we take pride in creating high-quality embroidered t-shirts and sweatshirts. Each product is carefully crafted, and certain designs may include custom embroidery or personalization. Please review our policy below before submitting a return or exchange request.

Eligibility for returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

– You received the wrong item, size, or color.
– The product arrived damaged or defective.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, except if the mistake or defect was caused by us (e.g., incorrect embroidery, misspelling, or production error).
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction if the order was fulfilled correctly.

Eligibility for exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing fault or was damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly exchange it for a replacement of the same design and size (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests for non-defective items, or for size or style changes, cannot be accepted.

Timeframe for returns & exchanges

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

How to request a return or exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@ethanth.com and include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A short description of the issue (e.g., damaged embroidery, wrong color, etc.).
  • Photo evidence clearly showing the issue (such as the defect, embroidery area, or full product view).

Once your request is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refund and replacement process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If you’re receiving a replacement, it will be shipped free of charge once available.

Items returned without prior authorization or outside the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
  • Unauthorized or late returns.
